You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Share API keys with unauthorized third parties

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

API usage is subject to the rate limits and quotas defined by your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling. We do not charge overage fees.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. supapost does not claim ownership of your generated content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and platform terms of service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by the Service is produced by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing. supapost does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content.

8. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. supapost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
